This "Gated Community" has zero security. The Fences have been torn down for over a year allowing the section 8 riff raff in. My storage unit has been broken into and lost thousands. Crime is high, maintenanc is low, the mangaement who run this palce went to comedy college. The Corporate office loves to kiss and tell. My windows leak cold air. $90 a month to heat a one bedroom this winter. Management take's the "oh well" !!!! attitude towards fixing tenants apartments. If you love pounding muisc and the low rent life style, the is a 'Rappers Delight". They love to hide behind loop holes in your lease if they decide to renew it.
