The management at Brookstone on the Green does NOT enforce policies such as no loud music, upkeeping the appearance of the property, restricting under-aged children from using the swimming pool, and fitness facility. Moreover, security is an issue-the local police department makes frequent visits to the complex, but residents are not informed of the "why"; the entry gates frequently do not work, and it may be nearly a week before it is repaired. Non-residents from the neighboring apartment community use facilities at will. Finally, the apartment walls are so thin any noise is too much noise.
