I've had a leak in my sunroom ever since I moved in. They claimed to have a new contractor that fixed the problem. But I called the office back to let them know it was still leaking and no one ever came back to look at it. They only put spackling over the part of the wall they "reparied" and never painted the wall back to the original color. Several of my daughter's toys have been ruined in result of the leak.
