All That Glitters Is Not Gold!

It was very beautiful from the outside looking in. When I first arrived at BOTG, I was sort of mesmerized! It seemed to fulfill every promise that it boasted about, really staying on top of the tenants, making sure tenants respected each other as a community. Then it started! Vacancies and more vacancies! I started smelling drugs coming from this one particular apartment. Next thing you know, they've been evicted for non-payment. Then someone else moved into that same apartment. This time there was a lot of traffic. My unit went from being full with six families to being half all in the course of less than a year. Then the gate was always unlocked and cars could trail in anytime they wanted. Kids started hanging out in areas by my door which was "forbidden" but not enforced! Then the loud music came and it just never seemed to be the quite community that I first moved into. Too bad! It has great potential. Just poor management when it comes to the calibre of people allowed to move in. I know everyone needs a place to stay. When it comes to paying the type of rent required at BOTG, you kind of want your cake and to eat it too! This is not unreasonable either!
