I think Century Brooke sucks. I think that tactics that are being use to get you to renew your lease is bullying. The community has changed the building that I have lived in for years have gone to the dogs. People are hanging their clothing over the balcony changing oil in the parking lot. I use to feel safe in my building I don't any more. In some of the apartments the blinds need to be replaced and this is in the front of the apartment. If I was a potential customer I would not move into that community. It is beginning to look like the ghetto. I would not recommend that anyone move there, if I did It would be for the referral fee. When you call the office no one will answer the phone when they are sitting right there in the office. I have gone into the office and went back to my car to call just to see if they would answer the phone, no one would answer.

I feel that I'm being pressured to renew my lease. That is not the way to run a company and it is not good customer service. when I called to ask for the cooperate office they will not give me the number.

Some of those apartments have dogs in them and they are nasty. Knowing that I would never move into one of those apartments.

People hanging clothes over the balcony and changing oil in the parking lot is a problem? If I lived there, I would be changing my oil in the parking lot because I always do it myself, rather than go back and fix what Jiffy Lube screws up. Would you feel better once you noticed that it was an Audi I was under? Were the clothes swim trunks? Was their dryer broken? Maybe they were trying to save on the electric bill. If these are your complaints, then you really don't have it all that bad. The phone thing is rather pathetic though.
