I have been a resident at Concepts 21 Six Flags for going on two years. Management has had a high turnover...which would be fine if each tim e it turned over it was for the better. However, sadly it has not been for the better. I have had water pouring through my roof, severe ant and roach problems, teenagers loitering in the breezeway, and car vandalism. I realize a few of my dicrepancies could be attributed to the area. However, as a tenant you expect the management to have your best interest in mind. Current management has been sluggish, unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive. My husband and I appreciate having somewhere to call home. However, for our hard earned dollars we expect good customer service and prompt resolution to issues we are experiencing. Always do your research and never "settle" on your living arrangements...especially with Concepts 21.
