I and many others have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Check their BBB file before applying here. I lived here for 2 years, only because of the promises made to me if I were to renew my lease. I had a leaking ceiling for a year. It created mold and warped the tile in the sunroom. Another leak ruined a silk sofa that I had. Maintenance never comes. I never received my deposit back even though they sent me a letter saying that they were sending it to me. This complex made me hate apartments. Now I'm renting a house.
