The management staff has changed a few times during my stay. I think it is a community in transition. My take is the management staff tries with what they have to work with. They are very helpful and pleasent. However, at times a little unorgainized. They do however strive to make this communtiy a descent place to call home. They now have an online mantinance process that is very effective and less time consuming. The property grounds are kept up on a daily basis. Residents need to do their part. Children running around unsupervised have lead to the removal of several amenities. The property is old. You will have to take action in getting the roach problem under control, but it is manageable. I have a great neighbor & stay in a quite section. For the price and income level, it's not bad. I am schduled to move because all things must come to an end. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
