This is my 2nd year staying in these apartments. The 1st bad thing is that the rental office never answers the phone during business hours (and I'm not talking about during lunch). There is one girl at the front desk that never knows anything if the manager is not there(which is always), 2nd maintenance never fix anything right my air conditioner has not been working for months the pump need to be fixed, all they did was change the filter. Every time the air condition runs it makes the floor very wet, 3rd the parking is very, very, very bad if you come home after 7pm you might as well hang it up, 4th the dumpters are very close to some apts. so in the summer when it gets hot you will smell trash, they do not have the dumpster in one area of the complex, 5th the complex exit is in a bad area there is a church that has been built next door getting out of the complexis out of the question on sunday between 7am-2pm. The kids do not play at the play ground, they play in the parking lot around everybody cars. If you want to live in the ghetto and pay cheap rent for a 3bed room go ahead and move here. If you want something better for yourself don't move here.
