I am a current resident at the Hell Roach Park. They always say the people on here are the ones that never pay their rent. Well I have paid my rent every month in full on time, because that's the type of person I am. This has been the worest and longest year of my life. My lease ends soon and all I can say is "Thank You Jesus!!!" I moved here from Michigan and was not aware of what I was getting myself into. Last month a new company took over so they have two people in the office. Dumb and Dumber. They have manager to make it even worse. The former Assistant manager was a very nice young lady (when I moved in she gave me the number to a guy that works at Comcast that hooks up cable for $35 no bill ever). The former manager Monica was another story she was so bi-polar. The rent should be about $350 a month for these conditions. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Did I say ROACHES!! When I viewed the complex they showed me a unit that was well kept. When I signed my lease they were getting mine ready so I was not able to view it (sure, big mistake). I was told I was getting one of the best units. When I opened the door I was greeted by dead roaches. The management actualy had the nerves to tell me they sprayed the apartment so I may see some dead one, like that was ok, and to make sure I threw them out because they could still hatch babies in the trash. When I saw live one the next day I went back to the office and was told what I could go out and buy myself because they couldn't spray agian that soon. What' I was very upset and this was day two. I was not able to unpack my stuff for a least two week while I fought the roaches. They have a company that will come out once if you request it. Yes I said once. So each month you have to request it. Doing that and my own weekly routine I was able to keep the ROACHES at bay. When I moved in they gave me a check sheet to go around the unit to let them know what needs to be fixed. Out of the 27 things I had on my list only 4 have been fixed to this day. This things were not small things either (ex. storage closet filled with prior tenants things, patches of differnet shades of white paint on the walls, paint on carpet, floors, and windows, kitchen cabinets not closing, ROACHES, no screens in windows, wholes in the tile, an old sock wrapped around a the pipe under the sink to keep the water from dripping on the floor.........). I have not allowed any of my friends or family to come from Michigan because of my living conditions. This place needs to be torn down it has never been renovated since it was built. When you are in the kitchen you feel like you in a basement in bathrooms they have painted over wall paper and paint so many times that it just peals off. Parking- so many broke down cars in the lot. Noise- always somebody fighting having to call the police, or gangs of teens hanging out because they have nothing to do. Grounds- I'm sure there is not a problem with mice because of all the stray cats, trash everywhere. They keep the office area looking nice to fool you. Drive around back. Safety- Joke. Constuction- pipes burst when its cold. Maintenace- Who' I be like seven of them in the office everday but they never seem to fix anything the right way. They will patch it up for you after you go complain about 3 or 4 times. Staff- See above. Overall- DUMP. The only good thing is the rooms are a good size. If you think you can live with all the above things and pay over $700 when they add the water bill come one down to the HELL ROACH PARK. Not only would I say not to rent here I would say avoid the Six Flags area all together. There are so many people in this neighborhood that have nothing to do but stand around in front of all the gas stations and store. I never feel safe going to any of the local businesses. Thank God my lease is almost complete!!!!

I live here tooand I'm going to give them a sixty day notice cause this ---- is crazy. Both of the Tiffany's are ------- and the manager well shes just the Queen -----!
