I am a tenent here and Mrs. Irene has only been nice and provide my husband and I with plenty of help and lots of patience. We are very grateful for her professionalism with this being our first time leasing an apartment.

Austell Village has yet to come through on their promise for tenants to receive a flatscreen television and other such amenities such as free afterschool program for the children. I have lived here before Austell Village was taken over (formerly Highland Ridge) and was harassed into signing a new lease.

I was also told upon move in that i had a choice between a flatscreen or washer and dryer..the new managment had the nerve to say " did i get it in writing" wow! can u say trash!
