I don't like these apartments from day one I have been having a problem with apartment. The kids are outside all times of the night and they set the garbage can on fire and the police are over in the apartments every night and even every weekend. I called to the leasing office to tell them about the leak in the ceiling and it took the more than a week to come and check that out and when they came the patched up the hole and a couple of days later the ceiling was leaking again. The next thing is the roaches YES roaches they are out of control I don't think it could be helped what they need to do is knockdown the hole apartment complex and start all over on new ground. The next thing is the wetness in the floor of my apartment. I called down to the chickens in the office and told them about the floor being wet they took 2 weeks for somebody to come down and look at the situation and when the fat ------ came to look at it he brung back a fan and sat it in the floor and said let it dry and he would come back and take care of it. So 5 days later he came back and the ------ asked to get the fan he never stated anything else about the floor why it was leaking. So 3 months later the floor starts to leak again and I call the leasing off and once again the sorry chickens in the office don't do anything about the situation up until this day. So if you want to know from me DO NOT move into these apartments. It's not worth the headace, stress and problems. Hunter's Grove need to get real perfessional people in the office and stop hiring the neighborhood rats. Such as the ones you see today.

i hate these apartment everyday it is something i calls the leasing office they say the sending someone and a week later they still have not send nobody. or they act like they didn't know. i had the celing to come down and u know what it is still not fix and i am ready to move in 2 weeks and that was thanksgiving time. it is not worth staying in the apartment cause of low price.

THE PEOPLE IN THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRULY FULL OF ****! CARLA IS A TEMP LEASING AGENT. GINA IS FAT AND LAZY, AND THE MANAGER IS NEVER SEEN. I LIVED THERE FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND I HATED IT. THE HEAD MANTAINCE MAN CANT FIX ANYTHING, HE'S A LIAR, AND THE GUY WILL ONLY TRY TO FIX YOUR STUFF (WOMEN) IF YOU GIVE HIM SOME. (IM A MAN SO YOU KNOW MY STUFF DIDNT GET FIXED) THE OTHER MANTAINCE MAN IS A GREAT WORKER. THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BUG AND EMPTY UNITS. I MOVED OUT OF STATE A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND A FRIEND OF MINE TOOK OVER THE APARTMENT WHEN I LEFT, I CALLED THEM A WEEK LATER AFTER GETTING HERE AND ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THE LEASE SO I COULD GET MY NAME ON MY NEW LEASE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT DO IT SO I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD SUE IF THEY DIDNT. ALL AND ALL THE ARE VERY RUN DOWN AND UNSAFE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM YOU WILL THANK ME IN THE LONG RUN.
