No Refund After Fire!

I lived here in 1999. Our entire unit was burned down in a fire started by some kids. I continuously hounded these people about getting our secruity deposit back after the fire. I finally put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau but that did nothing. We never got the security deposit back.
