Ok, so in the beginning the neighborhood was nice, very quiet, always kept clean. But now, its a total dump. Kids everywhere, you can tell the leasing office are not screening the clients, the neightborhood is nowhere near clean as it use to be, the walls are very very very thin, the leasing office are unknowledge of their rules/regualtions of their own property. Every other week u have a new leasing agent in the office looking like a dear caught in the headlight of someone else's mess. While leaving there, there was a dead body found in the lake, shots fired outside my window, hearing people doing "grown-folks" stuff, people letting their pets ish everywhere, people apartments getting broke into every other day. They over charge on there water bill then have the nerve to charge a trash fee when the trash company rarely picks up the trash. The maintenance team are lazy and waaayyyy behind on their work orders. I could go on and on...Staying at LC and probably any apartment located on Six Flags Drive is not worth it. Buy a house as I did. Ain't nothing like a piece of mind!!!!!!!!!!!!
