I currently reside here and I do now wish I had chosen somewhere else. The saying "you get what you pay for" is VERY true here. I am in a 2bed/2bath for $699 which I can't complain about at. However the office staff is ridiculous and very rude. The manager, Heather, is rude and a real you know what! As far as maintenance, you can just forget ever getting anything done without calling several times and threatening to call the corporate office. It is a very poorly run community and with all the choices you have, go look elsewhere.

This resident has not paid their rent in 3 months. Maybe you do get what you pay for!

I find it very interesting that management has chosen to respond to a few of the complaints posted on this site, but not all -- especially those relating to the rudeness of its employees and poor maintenance (3/14 & 3/20/06). If the responses to these postings are any indication of what I can expect SHOULD I choose to rent from this organization, I will surely pass and find another place to live! Thanks for the responses. They're indicative of the personnel's attitude and level of professionalism.
