Ghetto Parents and Kids

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 3 years. This past year has been the year from hell! (Management has changed) It seems that they let anybody in. Kids are urinating in the bushes, sitting on your cars, standing in breezeways or on steps, and just down right disrespectful. The office staff isn't on one accord- you can ask each one of them the same question and get a different answer.When you put a work order in, they seem to lose it or ask you if you are sure that you put it in.
