I moved in my apartment in February and things have been pretty smooth. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice, but the plumbing in the bathroom could use some love (my tub faucet drips most of the time). The grounds are kept up well and the office staff is great. I went in to put in a maintenance request and they knew my name and apartment. Maintenance came about 20 minutes later and fixed my problem. My only cons about the apartment is the occassional bug. Not a bug person, but they are small and minimal and it's because we are beside the woods. Nothing a lil spray hasn't cured. And apparently my apartment is near the woods where a club is, so on certain nights I can hear the bass from the music. It isn't loud, but it's noticeable. All in all, I am satisfied with my apartment! The price, location, and amenities are great and I would reccommend!
