Stephanie, Please look up the definition of a manger!! The staff is rude first of all. They ignore your needs. If there is a problem with something in your apt. They always try to find a way for you to pay for something. The tenants and their pets are off the hook!! Watch your step when you come out of your apt. You can?t even let your children play outside because some of the tenant with pets are too lazy to walk them to the designated areas to poop!! And poop is what I think of the customer service.
