Anyone taht is not a fool can see that some of these ratings are written by the same person, probably staff. You can tell because of the misspellings!! If the ratings are low and if they do not have 90% of the apartments filled then they are in hot water. And no they can't keep the percentage up because of the way the staff treats some residents. They treat you like you're unimportant and ignorant. It doesn't take a degree to show an apartment and to draw up a lease. Come on apartments and houses sell themselves not people. Only weak people the need opinions. Well i'll end this by saying pay attention to the negative reviews they are more accurate than the positive. And if you run across a positive then it is probably one of staff or a close friend of one!!!! One more thing...Any one can park their car at the clubhouse and walk in. How safe is that?
