I still live in Tramore and I've loved the stay here. The only issues I have is ants. I live on the bottom floor and they come from absolutely out of no where. I had an issue with my furnace this winter but I still received heat from the emergency back-up. After my new furnace was installed they took a $100 credit off of my utility bill. Also you have til the 3rd to pay rent. Last month I was unable to pay my rent until the 4th. The manager was so nice she didn't charge me a late fee. The staff does change every few months but I have to say they have all been very nice people. The only one is who isn't is Carmen who is quite dry over the phone but oh well.
