Me and my best friend are moving to Tramore Village apartments in July to go to school. I think that the apartment does sell itself. We went for a walk through and the staff are very polite and seem caring. The apartments are very well kept as well as the property. I don't think that people should judge the apartments based on what bad things people have to say because if you look at any apartments rating there are always more bad ratings than good. I think that the people who write the ratings are pessimistic people who are only looking for the bad in things. If you have a maintainence problem and the maintenaince man does fix it right away, don't trip. I am sure he has a lot of other tenants who need help too. Maybe the problem is that the pessimists are more self centered and are only worried about getting their own things fixed first.
