I just moved out in June. Thank God! I would have moved out sooner, but I couldn't afford to break my lease. I am so upset because I left my apt immaculate and they refuse to give me my deposit back! I paid a lady $60 to clean it from ceiling to floor, bathrooms, stairs, refridegerator, and everything. I did the walk through with a leasing agent(which she was late coming to). She complimented me on how good it looked and told me I would be getting my deposit back in the mail in one month. I got an invoice from them today, saying that they didn't owe me anything because of "corrections". I should have known from the beginning because they were going to rip me off. They didn't have it ready for me on time to move in either. The patio was all mildewed and moldy. I called about five times before they came out six months later and pressure wash it. When I moved in the carpet was coming up and non existent in certain areas. The office staff is not knowledgeable or courteous. They are rude! Another thing is that the "security gates" are never in working order! You can't have anyone over because they can't get in the gate unless they walk in the heat or rain to your apt! Not to mention if they could get in the gate there would be no where to park! The thought of the on site gym seems nice, but most of the equipment is broken most of the time because kids go in there and hang out and watch television. Trust me. You do not want to deal with the management there. It is aweful.
