The joke is "Luxury Apartment Living." Where'' I have seen this apartment complex change management companies three times, and the staff change twice as much. I have dealt with both rude and pleasant office staff during my residence. I think the maintenance supervisor for this property is horrible. There is NO landscape maintenace around the south pool - I pull weeds myself. In five years, pine straw has been put down twice. The fitness equipment is ALWAYS broken, and the fitness room air conditioning has been out of service for 5 months with maintenance stating they are waiting on a part! The gate never works and there is no perimeter gate to provide security. My air conditioning filters have never been changed by maintenace - changed only by myself since I have enough sense to request a filter every 3 mos. The management refused to paint my apartment after four years as it was too time consuming due to my furniture. I am a good tenant, clean and responsible.
