I must say this is the first time I have ever "hated" staying at an apartment complex. When you pay for luxury, one doesn?t expect the challenging incidences I have had here at Tramore Village. Like others, Tramore does a great job of trying to get you in and that is where the customer service stops. I have had numerous "overseeings" as far as being charged fees that do not pertain to me, being disrespected by attempting to apply late fees to a rent check that was being processed, and accusing me of negligence because their appliances went down; which caused all my food to spoil (I was even told to put my spoiled food on ice). This complex needs some true teachings on mannerism and customer service..Don?t move any where near Tramore Village. I am presently in the process of moving out. It is just that serious.

The thought posted on 2/21/2002 is an accurate description of the same mes the is going on at Tramore Village today 2006. This complex mis post your billings. What appears to be luxury really is not. They do nto live up to what they say they are. I believe someone is stealing money because my bill is always inaccurate. One month the complex did not even send anyone a billing statement citing problems.
