Not exactly what I had hoped for!

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2002-01-01

I have lived here about a year. The noise is a pain, and they plan to raise my rent $40 this next lease period. The rent is too much for the lack of help from the office, the inability to "dress the palce up" for fear of having to pay out the rear when you leave, the fact that people tailgate in (office doesn't care, and that the gates are ALWAYS broken.
