i have been a resident at tramore village apartments for three years. as a resident i have found tramore to be the best place i have lived since moving to georgia in 1997. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the maintenance staff is the best ever. they make necessary repairs in a timely manner. my family and i love our apartment and will not move until it's time to purchase a home. i just thought other people should know about this place. come be my neighbor.

I have lived at Tramore Village Apartments going on 5 years. The first couple of years I was here I was very happy. Over the last few years I have watched the complex go down.I see a different manager every time I go to the office. Last year in August a piece of sheet rock finally fell from the 200 building, I had told 3 different people including Lee which was the maintance person at the time, the sheet rock has not been replaced a year later. I ask each year I renew my lease to have my carpet cleaned, hasn't happened. I paid my pet deposit, but I know there are pets in my building and I'm sure the pet deposit hasn't been paid. In the picnic area, rowdy unsupervised children broke the seat on the picnic table, has yet to be fixed. I hope to only be there another year. Although the apartments are convenient, I would not recommend them.
