Tramore Village

This is the worst place I've ever lived. Sure it looks nice driving by but once inside you will know what it feels like to live in low income housing. The office staff is completely absurd and clueless from the manager on down. They will screw you in every way possible from trying not to follow your lease agreement to keeping your deposit. They will refuse to do the walk through with you when you leave and then charge you for things that were not damaged. When I moved in, the apartment was not ready because the carpets were soaking wet and had paint everywhere. Of course their solution was for me to "just use scissors and cut up the paint spots." The gate never works on this place and even if it does, all the hoodlems just park in the front entrance and walk in the breezeway. They are constantly "hanging out" in the parking lot with their kids running wildly, screaming and yelling, and of course the staff of the apartment won't do anything. Cars were broken into and there was an alleged rape but management never informed the community of these types of things happening. You should find somewhere better to live unless you prefer the low class project type lifestyle of Tramore Village.
