I lived in Tramore on the south side. I am so glad I was on the south side. There are fewer apts on this side. Plus there were not a lot of kids running crazy. I thought the price was moderatly okay. Could have been a bit cheaper. The gates worked majority of the time I was there but they are worthless because the whole community is not gates. Just walk around and your in.
