This place is terrible. We are finally out of here, I couldn't be happier. I agree with others:
-The gate is broken more than it is functional,
-office staff has a high turnover
-office staff are NOT courteous
-maintenance staff are ok, their work is not great
-pool is disgusting, often closed, not maintained (when i have asked about it they tell me they clean it every morning, and only add chemicals when needed, that means when it gets cloudy)
-cars are not secure in the parking lot, and garage rental is additional 80$ a month
-"car wash" area: most of the time water is turned off, or hose is broken
-interior: paint is more like primer, carpet and pad is the cheapest that money can buy and dont last, windows are metal and cold air is carried right in in the winter, ineffecient heating/cooling system, walls thin (can hear my neighbor coughing), use the microwave and watch the lights dim
-"free pest control" uses a generic, non targeted chemical spray that dosent help for spiders
-outside of building: dirty, mold on the stairwell, paint peeling from stair rail, several balconies with rot visible at base of columns
-pay 9.50$ a month "service fee" for electricity in office, parking lot, etc. AND have to pay extra for trash
-fitness area gross, broken equipment
YOU WILL PAY TOO MUCH TO LIVE HERE IN THIS RUN DOWN SLUMMY APT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!
