Some people want diamonds for paying coal

This is one of the reasonably priced places around. Go 5 miles toward the perimeter and you soon find the cheapest apartments $500 more. Yet these people are complaining that they are paying too much. I am a college student and I searched for affordability over luxery and I assure you; you will not find cheaper unless you plan on living 50 miles from atlanta.
Since I have been here the gates are only open when it rains. I would like to see the complaints about people not being able to get in due to electricity being out. Then one comment stated people were following other people in. My guess he does not and has not went through this gate. Most other apartments the gate will go back up if you get close. This one comes down immediately and will not go back up. I have seen it come down on two cars since I have been here.
The fitness center is o.k., but never is all the equitment broken. But as I said this is not a 1000/month apartment. If you cared so much about fitness there is a gold's gym less than a 1/2 mile away. I currently have a membership and realize you want top equipment you have to pay for it.
The only negative thing I can state is the laundry. The washers are fine and usually all five are working, but for the past 3 months there have only been 1 dryer that works. The other renters have to fight for it and most of the time somebody is incurteous and leaves their clothes in it all night.
Lastly I am moving out due to going to law school in another state. In every place and the law you are only charged for damage that is not considered normal wear and tear. 1 way to prevent any disagreement is take pictures or videos when you move in and out. My guess is in order to get a $200 deposit back you pay somebody $100 to clean it; that apartment probably did not suffer from normal wear and tear.
