Management is non responsive to ongoing problems, maintenance staff is underqualified and slow to respond to problems. Don't bother complaining about conditions or neighbors, it just falls on deaf ears. Assurances were made that changes were forthcoming with new management, and so far these people are as bad as the last. My lease is up for renewal and THANK GOODNESS, because I am out of here. I considered renewing when I heard new management was coming in, but now that I know that nothing is changing I am leaving. People can even mess with your property here and there is NO recourse. The buildings are in rough shape and the trash piles up around the dumpsters continously. Half the time the security gates don't even work.

The property itself is nice, But the new staff is horrible. I go in there for the same problem everytime, and each time I go in there, not only is the problem not solved, they don't even remember who I am.It's kind of anoying whe you walk in there expecting something to be done and they look at you with a puzzled face and ask the stupidest question "can I help you?" I'm actually considering breaking my lease. I want out so bad. Only reason I'm still there is it's convenient for me as far as work goes.

This property is incredible I always see a smile on everyones face even the maintenance team waive and smile at you when you are driving home. The grounds are the best I have seen after living all over the country for 15 years I love this community and the staff. I think people do not realize sometimes what they have until they lose it. The gate has worked every day I have been here since I moved in October. The response I see about trash is picked up every week and a letter was sent out letting residents know where to dump furniture we can't blame management for people who do not respect the rules. The grounds are always perfect and the trash is always picked promptly. We also need to realize the ofice staff has to deal with over 300 apartment homes and twice as many residents remembering each person is a lot more to ask than we realize. Jarrett and Sheryl are always fast to respond, very nce, and very fair but we as residents need to be fair to them by giving them the opportunity they deserve to help us.

mold mold mold
beware the mold
beware the horrible maintenance 'crew' and the horrid condition of internal furnace systems (filters, etc.)
sprinkler heads that are inoperable
lighting fixtures with loose wiring
no screens
broken windows that they won't fix
they don't care
it's a 'business money making venture' with them
gates NEVER work...and, even if they do, there are folks amassed at the gates that have a 'code' you can punch in and will gladly give it to you...if the car behind you doesn't try to shove you through the gates anyway.
oh, and those 'cameras' they have up for security, the office admits they don't work.
