Infested with Roaches!!!!!

My apartment was INFESTED with roaches. The only option management would give me was having them spray every week for roaches but they would not die. They were everywhere!!!!! Under the wallpaper, carpet, just think of a place and they were there. Obviously the problem was from one of my nasty neighbors but they told me they could not spray my neighbors homes unless they complained. Since I was from the North they told me that roaches were not uncommen down south and that it was a way of life and every apartment has roach problems. Well needless to say I moved out after only 3 months and I do not have roaches at my new apartment!!!!!!
P.S. And they do have a BIG car theft problem
