*maintenance was timely (roach problem @ move-in but was eradicated by maintenance and the 2 or 3 roaches that were in existence were never heard from again)
*parking was okay
*quiet neighborhood
*low crime level (crime can happen anywhere @ any given time...nothing happened in my building)
*attentive leasing office
My only complaint would be the rent...its not bad but they could have given us a better deal considering we paid the same price for two years (2BR 2.5BA, $765) when people in our building who moved in AFTER us were paying in the low $600s; when we went to renew our lease we were told that there were no specials and we could only get a $100, 200, or 300 dollar reduction for ONE MONTH...we renewed anyway but after we would not renew again...the 6, 9, OR 12 month $630 special arose...we still didn't renew.
