Please, if you have a complaint, don't call the rental office.

I have called and called.

Complaints:

Broken Gates
Cold Water Indoor Swimming Pool/Spa(Broken always)
Rats all around the Garbage Cans
Light Poles are always out
Cigarette smoke from other apartments drifting into your apartment; apparently the walls are cheap
Bugs and more bugs
Broken gym equipment

If you can live like this then WELCOME TO TREE TERRACE!!!!!
