THE OFFICE STAFF AND TREE TERRACE ARE VERY RUDE. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE, THAT NEEDS ADJUSTING. MY SUGGESTIONS IS TO REPLACE ALL.
