The gates at this place NEVER work! The pole lights are ALWAYS out. I almost hit a guy in the front cause it was sooo dark. Don't bother to tell the staff about problems. They will either lie or get an attitude and be rude. The only time they are nice is when your paying your rent! And don't bother trying to talk to the manager. I did and she just overtalk me the entire time. Residents should not have to deal with that.

TREE TERRACE IS A IS A JOKE. I JUST MOVED INTO MY APARTMENT IN AUGUST. IM TRANSITIONING FROM ANOTHER STATE. I HAVEN'T PHYSICALLY STAYED IN MY APARTMENT BUT THREE NIGHT AND I GOT A WATER BILL FOR $40, NO THAT IS NOT HUGE, BUT WHY IN THE HELL AM I PAYING A WATER BILL FOR $40 AND IM NOT THERE. SO I CALLED TO THE OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH A REP FROM THE WATER COMPANY ARGEN ASKING THEY HOW DID THE METER READ $40 WORTH OF WATER USED IN ONE MONTH THAT I WASN'T THERE. SHE SAID THAT TREE TERRACE BILLS YOU BASED ON THE SIZE OF YOUR APARTMENT. IN OTHER WORDS ITS A SCAM!!!! IF YOU DIDN'T USE A DROP OF WATER YOU WILL STILL GET BILLED. THAT IS BULL. AND TREE TERRACE/SANDY IS AWARE OF THIS SCAM. WE SHOULD NOT BE PAYING $40 FOR WATER BASED ON THE SIZE OF YOU UNIT. RESIDENTS CHECK YOU WATER BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
