I moved in these apartments a few months ago, I have no complaints, Its always quiet, the neighbors are nice, office staff attends to your needs very quickly, I have read some of these reveiws in my opinion they are just BULL-S***. Its most likely the people who just look for something to complain about, or who were always late on your rent, Most of the minor problems you have in an apt can be fixed yourself with just a lil bit of commen sense, just an example i put on a new shower head, I also put on a new toilet seat, i mean this is easy stuff.
