If your looking for a nice quiet place to live,where if you have a problem office staff and maintenance will quickly fix the problem and not cover it up. Then you should look some place else. Tree Terrace Apartments is eat up with roaches that they can't get rid of, along with ants. The buildings are 15 yrs old, there are leaks through out that never seem to get fixed. There is mold everywhere and instead of fixing the mold problem they paint over it.This can't be good for you to be around. You ask for something to be done and if you don't stay in the leasing office with the hateful ladies all the time, your problems won't get fixed. The property manager is never there to talk to about this and when she is she talks to you as if your a child and trys to cover her butt. This place is a joke, the people who work there are a joke. If you want something safe, clean and bugless go somewhere else.

I AGREE! I moved out a while back, but the manager there is awful---I liked the manager before, Kay...she was great---that place was a joke!

yes they are jokes. they have a new staff but sandy their property manager is NEVER there on ROSE who in my opinion isn't a good accountant if you NO what i mean. the jacuzzi is ALWAYS broken, as well as the gates, the street lights are out. a neighbor had her apartment broken into and the maintenance men didn't come until 1 in the morning to tape up her windows. she was horrified. TREE TERRACE is a joke.

I so agree with all of you. I am staying there now and I can't wait for my lease to end. The property manager is never there, but from what I have heard you will always see her in court if you miss a payment. Nothing gets fixed. You'd be better off fixing anything broken yourself. The front staff seems clueless and the ones that seem to try to help you out for some strange reason don't stick around too long. This place is a JOKE! Bugs everywhere even though the place sprays once a week, if your lucky, the bugs are still there! Mold can be found everywhere and something is always broken. This place is a NIGHTMARE. So if you are thinking about moving in , a shelter would be a better choice!!!

We don't stick around because we get tired of beating out heads against the wall. Sandy does nothing to get anything done. She is too worried about getting promotional material to try to drive more people to her own little hell. She is bipolar with split personalities, the reason you never see her is because she is always in the mountains or on a cruise. Try calling her when you have a fire or a child that got bitten by a dog, she takes her time to get in the office if she comes in at all. The one's of us who tried to get things done around there and where kind to the residents got run off from there by the crazy idiot ass people that still remain Tree Terrace employees.
