I so agree with all of you. I am staying there now and I can't wait for my lease to end. The property manager is never there, but from what I have heard you will always see her in court if you miss a payment. Nothing gets fixed. You'd be better off fixing anything broken yourself. The front staff seems clueless and the ones that seem to try to help you out for some strange reason don't stick around too long. This place is a JOKE! Bugs everywhere even though the place sprays once a week, if your lucky, the bugs are still there! Mold can be found everywhere and something is always broken. This place is a NIGHTMARE. So if you are thinking about moving in , a shelter would be a better choice!!!

I have lived at Tree Terrace for 3yrs.It is funnys how bugs are a individual problem. The community is too large for this so called bug epidemic! I have never had bugs in my home. I love the office staff. I have also had a rent increase since my residency. The market increases everywhere. Our community is not rent controlled. Go to lower end of Atlanta for cheep rent. Quality is not cheap.I love the quit community. All the neighbors are friendly.I have refered 3 new people since I've lived there , and recieved $900.00 in resident referals. Leave our community alone or leave our community!!!! Happy Resident!

You're nuts terracefolive, I had a lot of Roach problems when I lived there. I had to fix anything that broke myself, they never showed up when I needed something, I had them send me a threat to evict when I had already paid my rent that month ON TIME. They're incompetent and stupid, rude and inconsiderate to boot, and you're crazy if you think it's a good place to live. I agree 1000% with this review.
