Hey Guys,
Give them a break.
Its great here.
The staff has changed in the past year but for the better.
The place rocks.
Love the hugh indoor pool.
Come and see for yourself.
The people that are negative have issues that is not Treeterrace's fault.
Maybe you should be a better tenant..

That is really funny that we are bad tenants because we want the trash out of this community. WE are bad tenants because the huge indoor pool that is warm all year long has used condoms in it and they don't clean it on a regular bases. WE are bad tenants because we would like to be able to sleep at night and not worry that every bump we hear is someone trying to break into our cars (because the gates never work) why issue a gate card we never have to use it and neither do the drug dealers and car thefts that come in. The gym is a joke along with everything else that goes along with this hell hole.

Be a better tenant? This is a staff member and not the brightest one in the box of crayons, they come on here regularly and write good reviews when ever the residents post bad ones. Be a better tenant? I pay my rent, I am not loud and I am kind while thoughtful to my neighbors. Yet when I tell the staff something they don't want to hear because it means they may have to work at something other then getting people to sign the lease while trying to do as little work for it as possible..they say we are negative...
Should I not think of my broken tub as broken? Am I being to negative when I think of the rent I pay and how I would like my amenities to pay off for me? When I call you AGAIN to get it fixed and after a year and a half it still isn't..do you just say that I am a bad tenant? Well you won I gave up on the tub, I just take showers now...I AM SO GLAD I HAVE A GARDEN TUB! (that I can't use)
Or when I see the litter every where and ask you to take care of it..guess I am being a bad tenant then to or maybe I am just negative. GIVE ME A BREAK!
