i must agree with the last resident. I have been living at TreeTerrace for some time now and have had only minor issues that were handled immediately. The office staff is really caring and helpful when it came to my situation. As I did make your own opinion and do not take the opinion of those who just have nothing better to do in life but to be negative. As for me I love the indoor pool and the gym that they updated this year. I plan to continue residing at TreeTerrace for a while and as for my unhappy neighbors you can make a difference.. BY MOVING... cause I'm loving it!

The pool and gym they updated this year....OK Tree Terrace staff. What they won't tell you is that they have not had the gym cleaned since they updated it now two years ago..nor fixed anything in it that broke. The equipment is also the grade meant for a single family not public use, so most of it is broken or works poorly. Also, truthfully there is a piece of gum in the tray of one on the work out units..I put it there shortly after they updated it two years ago..just to see if they ever clean it. It's still there! LOL! I marvel at it in wonder whenever I am in the gym, then I try not to think about the germs that must live in there.

You are nasty and ignorant. No, I'm not Rose just someone looking to find a great place in the area to stay. why would you be so DAMN STUPID!!!! You are a miserable person. You need to move on with your live and leave the Tree Terrace staff alone. Misery love comfort. NASTY!!!!!!!
