I can't wait to get out of this dump.
The office people are completely useless, if you move here you better hope you never need ANYTHING from them.
Tree Terrace looks really nice before you move in because the the staff is only concerned with the appearance of a nice place to live, then when you live here you learn what the place is really like.
They let anyone live here, so the place is unsafe and trashed.
Mail boxes and cars get broken into, don't live on the ground floors because it will just be a matter of time before your place gets broken into.
I told this to one of my downstairs neighbors when he moved in, a younger bachelor, he laughed it off saying how "no one would dare break into his place..since he was so tough" and all.
Then a few months later he was moving out because some one broke into his home repeatedly and went shopping, took whatever they wanted.
They broke in during the day when he was at work.
This happens all the time here.
I know because the police have told me so and so have some of the nicer staff.
(There are only two nice ones.) Thankfully I live on the top floor, so it's a little bit more secure.

Hey, just wanted to tell you that I used to work there. I could not agree with you more. The roaches are everywhere, the trash, noise and dogs are out of control. I was fired because I was the only one of the women in the office to actually stand up to Psycho Sandy and refused to sign writes up because she didn't like my hair that day (literally) The women in the office are back stabbing,lie to your face poor excuses. I tell everyone I know to get as far away from there as possible. People that I talked to who mention they are looking for apartment, I tell them to go anywhere but Tree Terrace. Here is a note as long as you keep the apartment clean and there is no damages they can't keep your deposit if they try SUE them.

That is the funniest thing I have ever seen in my life that these crackheads come back on here and write back comments. seriously that is ridiculous. We went and tried to view an apartment here and no one helped us in the office. It look like a barber shop in there!
