I moved to Walton Reserve in the beginning of August from another state. I had never visited the property, but saw pictures on their website. I actually did all of my paperwork through fax. When I finally arrived, I was truly impressed!The property itself is beautifully landscaped and has the feel of a tranquil little village. The young lady that assisted me was absolutely awesome! She was extremely helpful and was there for me every step of the way. She even did my move-in. All of the staff are very professional and aim to please. I find them to be very prompt and courteous when addressing any issue a resident may have. I feel safe coming home and allowing my children to romp on the playground. Walton even hosts fun-filled events for residents to attend. If you ever want to know what's going on around the property, check the monthly newsletter that goes out the beginning of each month. It details the different special events and even features pictures of the residents and children of Walton Reserve. I highly reccommend Walton as a place to call home.

Your children will ROMP on the playground. My daughter got pregnant out on that play-gound one night when the staff was suposed to be patroling the lots.

I'm sorry to hear about your daughter. I really don't understand how that could have happened. The staff usually monitors the children very well. At the end of the day, what we instill in our children carries over into every aspect of their lives. Also, even though they are there to watch my children, as a responsible parent, I observe the way my children are monitored. Perhaps you should have attempted to do the same.

Wow! Did you just place the blame of your daughter's promiscuity on the staff? The last time I checked the "parenting handbook" WE as parents are responsible for raising and "patroling" our children. Where were you while she was out there romping away? There is no apartment community on this Earth that guarantees that hot in the pants kids without parental guidance won't "ROMP" or do anything else ungodly without parental supervision. Perhaps you should've been more active in the single parenting events to gain a support group and feedback about these types of unfortunate issues and preventive measures that could've been taken. Sorry to say it MOM, but you have some reflecting to do.
