I relocated from another state with no intention of experiencing Apartment Living since I owned my home for all of my adult life. However, my daughter researched and found Walton Reserve to be near her home with a gated community. Eventhough I am a Senior Citizen, there was a role reversal with her as to my new home. The staff was friendly, kind, and made me feel at home in our initial meeting. Of course, everyone that came with me to see the apartment was thrilled and knew this was the "ONE FOR ME". Well, after losing the war about apartment living, I'm very happy to be a residen without regrets. My apartment is unique in it's setting, the beauty of the nature trail, which I especially enjoy when it's raining and early morning while the street lights are still on, amidst a hot cup of tea and the sun rising. It reminds of "Old Town America". Friends and family all agree it embodies more of a "HOME" feeling than that of the average apartment. The Legacy Club afforded me the opportunity to meet and make new friends. I encounted some serious health issues and the management and staff are accomodating with concern. Did I make the "Right Choice"? With a resounding voice 'YES'.
