Years at this apartment: 2008 - present
The ladies that work in the office are always pleasant and eager to resolve any issues that may arise. Walton Reserve is a great community for single parents and families. I'm so happy that I chose this as my home. There is a fitness room to work out and also a pool.I love the play area for the kids. Those are just a couple of the many amenities that Walton has to offer. I would suggest to anyone looking for an apartment to come to Walton Reserve. You will love it.

Anonymous, I find it a shame that you chose to copy and paste the previous review and post it as your own. I will give you a little crdeit for adding the one sentence about you loving "the play area for your kids". Do you not have your own brain?! Again, shame on you!

Well perhaps this person is not good with articulating their thoughts, but atleast they obviously love Walton enough to copy and paste. I think it says a lot for simply taking the time to visit the site. If I may add my two cents, I think that Walton has a unique vision and it is not about the money. If you are not a resident dropped by any community and when you leave you will know that they genuinely care about giving back to their residents. So, even if Anonymous copied someone else, they apparently think enough about the place "we" call home to concur with their fellow neighbor. Lol. Good morning laugh that put a smile on my face.

I would highly suggest you call Cobb County Police and obtain a Police Report for the last 4 years on this complex. My children were exposed to some awful things over and over and when we notified the office staff, nothing was done. Get out now if you can.
