noisy noisy noisy. parking is a hassle. fairly new. grounds are well maintained. fees come from everywhere on move-out. gate is open all day, big safety issue. if you dont want to be around kids, this is NOT THE APARTMENT for you, the neighboorhood is swarming with them. the dumpster is a mess. gym is nice. pool is ALWAYS occupied. too many people walking around at night. very poor and ghetto residents. surrounding neighboorhood sucks, nothing but fast food. other than that, bad wal-mart, six-flags, lots of bad neighboorhoods, ghetto stores. nothings really accesible.
