Walton Reserve is the best concept I've ever seen, the floor plans, ceilings, windows, patio, counter tops is just what you would want. The office staff were real nice to me, well of course I'm a people person and I can make anyone talk to me. I was in love with walton reserve apartments until a slew of children moved there and for that matter I feel that kids should be the ones that should have background checks, I think that the school records should be checked you may just live near a gang leader or a dropout and of course those people don't care about themselves nor where they live. I didn't have any bad experience with Walton Reserve or the staff but the kids will tear down a place because majority of the mothers are not like me and most of their residents are Section 8 and they don't care because they are not paying all of their rent by themselves and then you do have some Section 8 residents that care. Parents allow there children to hangout late at night laughing loud, no special time to be in the house which becomes a sore eye for visitors just like hanging in the projects outside all night! a lot of latch key kids, the walls and the floor are thin...I mean really thin you can hear the bed move if you live on the bottom, but thats all apartments now very expensive but made with cheap material-- Overall very elegant for the price but not for long term. my only concern is the $170-$200K homes on the property but stragly kids hanging around all times of night''' It just might be on its way downhill...the jury is still out
