The concept of the community set-up is great. The community is truly family oriented. However, the community is rapidly transitioning into an "upscale projects" commnity. Take for granted that the community caters towards families and there are certain salary guidelines--cannot exceed XXXX amount of income. With that being said, larger families are moving into and destructing the property. This streamlines to parents not teaching their children the value of items, and how to respect themselves and others. When it comes down to the property manager....let's just say that I don't have anything positive to say about her managment. Somehow, my complaints are either ignored, or I am told (not verbatim) "deal with it or maybe you should consider moving". I refuse to have her insult my ingetrity anymore. In management, you cannot show favortism or cater to certain clients/residents. However, there is no empathy at all given when situations surface. As a matter of fact, do not even waste your time calling with a complaint.
The greatest asset that the community has is the Adventure Center. It has truly been a blessing to me. Mr. VanDyke does an excellent job at operating the facility.
To all prospective tennants......PLEASE CONSIDER TWICE BEFORE LEASING THE PROPERTY. Words form the wise......you can be a part of the problem or you can be a part of the solution......the choice is yours.
