Walton Reserve is a Great community to live in. I have been a tenant for approximately 5 years. Walton has so much to offer single parents such as myself. My kids also take advantage of the programs that are designed just for them as well. (Free after-school care, Free summer camp, Award programs and so much more.It's more than just and APARTMENT, it's home! I give praise to this community because I believe that there no better place to live (Apartments ofcourse) Walton management does care about their tenants. Communication is the key. If you move in this community, just stay in touch with management and develop a rapport and be respectful, I promise you they will help you the best way they can. A few people have said that Walton Reserve is getting 'Ghetto" because the community accepts section "8". This is NOT TRUE!!! The community is maintained very well by management. Once again it is a VERY GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND IT"S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!!
