The complex as a whole is an okay place to live. They really need to work on their application process. When I first moved into my unit there were alot of empty apartments, so they decided to have a "$99.00 move-in specail" and all types of people came out the wood works. They don't have jobs and are selling something out of their apartments. When you have 30-40 guests in one day and none of them stay for longer than a minute or two, we all know what's going on. So that has changed the whole enviorment. There use to be kids outside playing, families sitting out on their patios. Now all you hear is loud music of the customers coming to get their fix. Children are no longer outside out front because cars are flying by and all sorts of "strange people" and walking around. Not to mention the occasional argument between a dealer and one of his may women, or friends that also come and go as they please staying for days at a time. To make matters worse the new dealer must have told his fam about the place because now his cousin has moved in and he is doing the same exact thing. Now he has some straight up heads coming over. The down and out kind that will ask you for some change, wait on the steps until he get home, bresk in yo house type. Now I have to look out to see if any off them are out there before I open my door. I don't have any million dollar stuff but it's mine and I want to keep it. So if you are a single person, I'd say give it a try, but if you have kids, I'd say not to move here. The maintenance crew came out quickly when I call to have something fixed. The office staff need a lesson in teamwork. They need to talk to each other more. You'll talk to one person and will be told one thing then talk to someone else and get another answer. Every month there is and issue with something dealing with your rent payments. But now there is a new office manager so I'll see what happens. I will update if any changes happen. Before I moved I check this site and there were no ratings so I will let it be known what's up with this place I have to call home.

RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!!!! West Chase apartments are the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life and I lived in NY before. I didn't even live here for 3 months when somebody shot my car and rolled a tire into my neighbors car and the complex did nothing about it and would not let me out of my lease. The price was perfect and the leasing agents did a great job at selling a peace of crap complex but RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! They are horrible!!!!! I had to get a 75lb dog just to feel safe and even that didn't help. I would always park so I could see my car and when I would look outside I would see kids sitting on my car and I reported that to the office too and they did nothing about it. There add in the paper and on the internet is also a lie. I had to pay to get the entire apartment wired for cable because the complex would not cover it even though they said they were cable ready. The air conditioning and the heat did not work so I had to buy fans to keep it cool and the complex never sent anyone out to fix it. Kids would come by and knock on my door and I don't have children for them to play with. My neighbors above me and to next to me would BLAST their music all hours of the night so I couldn't sleep and yet again the complex did nothing about it. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that lives there. And if youre wondering yes I broke my lease and got out of there it's not safe, it's dirty, and when it rains you almost have to rent a ship to get to your front door.
